Home Staging -

When a vacant house is listed empty and without any furniture, you risk losing 60% to 70% of your viewers.

How does it work ?

During the intitial consultation, I will do an assessment of each room in your house as well as an assessment of the exterior, front and back of your house.

Depending on the size of your house, this could take up to three hours.

This will allow me to gather information and thoroughly inspect your entire property to assess how it will show best to attract buyers and offers. 

Prior to the consultation,I will discuss with you what I will be doing during those next few hours as I tour each room of your home.

And you are more than welcome to tag along! 

A copy of my full report with recommendations will be emailed to you within 48hrs after the consultation.

If you decide that you are unable to complete these tasks on your own or, you just don't have the time, I will be happy to come back and help you with the recommended changes that will improve how your home appeals to buyers.

On a tight budget? No problem. We can work within your budget constraints.

If you decide that you would rather tackle these projects on your own, I will leave you with some helpful information sheets that you can use as a guide to getting your house on the right track, so that you can optimize your home's potential and space.

During the initial consultation I will do an overall assessment of your cluttered space. I will compile ideas and options that will help you utilize your space in a way that will work best for you and/or your families needs.
 
If you decide to tackle the projects on your own, I will show you how to work through your clutter, and leave you with some "Organizing Tips and Resourses" sheets that will teach you how to stay organized for years to come. 

Finally, I have also provided a brief overview of my knowledge, training and experience, and of course for your benefit there is a list of my contacts and some very useful links to some of my favorite sites that I am confident will help make your transition that much easier.
